Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show updates after it's first created. You can also check your order on our Track Order page.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Holidays, weather and carrier volume can occasionally cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us and we'll make it right.

Wrong address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — we can update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
